BEING A PREACHER IS THE MOST DANGEROUS JOB ON EARTH.

<iframe src="https://www.facebook.com/plugins/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Famariano1013%2Fposts%2Fpfbid02j89zoeXVtNH9mn7ZtY11Jsi6KiGnRLkz7C49QR9fZaYmvz6ZLkmDXkqpewMKWLgHl&show_text=true&width=500" width="500" height="497" style="border:none;overflow:hidden" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="true" allow="autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; picture-in-picture; web-share"></iframe>
BEING A PREACHER IS THE MOST DANGEROUS JOB ON EARTH.
Not because of demons.
Not because of persecution.
But because of accountability.
Every time you step on a pulpit,
Every time you handle the sacred Word, Heaven is watching. The World is watching. And the Judge is taking notes.
You are not just speaking about the Bible—
The Bible is silently speaking back to you.
“Not many of you should become teachers, my brothers, for you know that we who teach will be judged with greater strictness.” — James 3:1
You preach fire!
Do you live pure?
You preach holiness!
Do you hide sin?
You talk about sacrifice!
Do you cling to comfort?
You shout about truth!
Do you manipulate behind closed doors?
The scariest part of ministry is this: You can preach a Word that saves others—
While you yourself are on the road to destruction.
“After I have preached to others, I myself should be disqualified.” — 1 Corinthians 9:27
God is not impressed by sermons.
He’s watching your secret life.
He’s not moved by how loud you shout.
He’s measuring how deeply you obey.
Every time you open your mouth and say, “Thus says the Lord”— You sign a spiritual contract with heaven.
And one day, you will answer for every word.
You will answer for every soul you led right—
And every soul you led wrong.
This calling is not a career.
It’s a crucifixion.
It is not for applause.
It is for accountability.
It is not for platforms.
It is for eternity.
So before you chase the mic—
Ask yourself:
– Am I living the Word I preach?
– Would I still follow Christ if no one saw me?
– Is my heart pure, or am I performing?
– When I stand before God, will I be found faithful—or famous?
Because the same pulpit you stand on to preach truth…
Can be the same evidence used against you on Judgment Day.
Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, Teachers and what ever rank or position you may occupied.
This is the most dangerous job.
And the weight is real.
So tremble.
Repent.
And preach like a dying man to dying people.
Not for applause.
Not for influence.
But for the honor of standing before God and hearing:
“Well done, good and faithful servant.” — Matthew 25:21
May we not be found wanting on the day of accountability, in Jesus' Glorious and Matchless Name
Thanks and God Bless you all.
Shalom!
May God help all the teachers and lead them tightly in Jesus Name, Amen 🙏

I want a life like Erich—living rich, but lowkey.
The kind of life where success doesn’t need to be loud, where peace is prioritized over attention, and where happiness comes from within, not from applause.
Keeping it lowkey often leads to a quieter, more fulfilling kind of joy. When we stop seeking validation, we start moving in ways that feel right for us. It’s not about hiding blessings, but about protecting peace. It’s about having more than enough, yet still choosing simplicity and grace.
That’s the goal: a life that’s abundant, grounded, and drama-free. Quiet wins.
Private growth. Soft joy. Just like Erich—rich, content, and unbothered. #truthslaps

6. Say No Relentlessly - Deny any request or activity that doesn’t align with your priorities, even if it offends or disappoints others.
7. Work Through Discomfort - Push yourself to complete tasks, even when you’re tired, unmotivated, or facing setbacks.
8. Limit Socializing With The Wrong People - Reduce interactions with people who don’t support your goals, even if it means distancing yourself from friends or family.
9. Track and Confront Failures - keep a record of every missed deadline or failure and review it regularly to remind yourself of the consequences of slacking.
10. Avoid Overindulgence - deny yourself unnecessary pleasures, such as excessive food, entertainment, or luxury, to maintain focus and discipline.
... Just Keep Trying....
Discipline often requires tough love—embrace the struggle to reap the rewards.

THE SECRET THAT GOD REVEALED TO APOSTLE JOSEPH AYO BABALOLA THAT TURNED HIM INTO A MIGHTY MAN OF PRAYER
Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola among other things was known as a mighty man of prayer. It could be said that prayer was the primary business of his life.
However, he didn't just become a man of prayer overnight. There is no doubt that he was baptised with the Spirit of prayer but moreover, he had a personal revelation that turned him into a mighty man of prayer.
While praying on the mountain of victory at Efon Ekiti, Babalola had an encounter. He saw a big wherehouse that contained all the good things of life. Both physical and spiritual blessings were kept in this big store.
However, the store house was padlocked. Ayo Babalola asked the Lord to give him the key to the storehouse. A small box was delivered into his hand. When he opened the box , he found the word "PRAYER".
It was from this revelation that he knew that all that God has can be accessed through prayers.
Every dream is a call to pray. Prayer is the force that make things happen in the Spirit realm. Every prophecy is a call to pray. Every dream that you don't turn to prayer will remain a mirage. Every Prophetic word that you do not turn into a Prophetic prayer will end up frustrating your life. A man of God once said that, 'prayer is the earthly permission for heavenly intervention'.
How God Rewarded Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola's Prayer.
God rewards those that diligently seek him. But the question is; how do God rewards men of prayer? He rewards them by giving them more Grace to pray. Someone once said that," the reward for prayer is more prayers". Rest is not the reward for prayer. If you pray for three hours, God will reward you with the grace to pray for seven hours. Just like when you think you should rest, God gives you strength to pray more. That is how God Rewarded Apostle Joseph Ayo. He rewarded him with the grace to stay in his presence for days. He could pray for days non stop. The more you pray, the more you see the need to pray. The more you pray, the more you see reasons why you should pray more. And the more you pray, the more you have personal revelation of God. The more you know God, the more you pray to know him.
Prayer is the master key that opened all doors. May God reward you with the capacity to pray.

For me it was easy because I had nothing. I know better than anyone else from whence I come, a little cross-road town in Missouri, a population of 1,200 people. I had nothing. I was born without talent. Most people are born with something. I didn’t even have hair on my head when I was born, just red fuzz.
One day I just looked up and said, “Wonderful Jesus I have nothing. I have nothing to give you but my love. That’s all I can give you. And I love you with all my heart. I give you my body, a living sacrifice. If you can take nothing and use it, then here is nothing. Take it.”
It isn’t silver vessels He is asking for; it isn’t golden vessels that He needs. He just needs yielded vessels.”

Tithing is an intentional subjection of a powerful entity called MONEY (Mammon) in the realms. Deep down in the fallen nature is the greed to withhold finances. The instruction of tithe is to SUBDUE that nature.
_____________________________________________________________
"Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it"
(Malachi 3:10)

The Most Effective Ways to See a Person's True Personality:
1. Observe their actions when they are under pressure.
2. When you give them a lot of power and responsibility.
3. Compare what they say with what they do. Never trust words alone.
4. Observe if they can keep appointments
5. Ask them for help and see if they will show up.
6. Lend them money and see if they will return it, without you reminding them about it.
7. Compliment or even flatter them to know if they play their accomplishments down and show genuine humbleness or brag about the achievements.
8. Observe if they take responsibility for their life or always looking for someone to blame in everything.
9. Observe how they behave when they are drunk or high. If they can be aggressive, emotional, look for troubles or let out any underlying issues or personality.
10. Find out their role model. Someone they are looking up to.
11. Find out the type of books they read or if they even read at all
12. Observe how they treat animals, children or anyone that does not have control over them.
13. Observe how they talk to staff, waiters, cleaners, gatemen or security people.
14. Observe how they talk about the other gender or their judgement of other sex.
15. Observe their conversations. Are they discussing things or people?

Put some actions into your plans. No matter how slow or hard it is you are definitely making progress compared to the person who is merely sitting on his or her couch.
Some people say ,”but it’s hard to do…” and they never do it. Others know it is hard to do yet they roll up their sleeves and start work on it. Fast forward and see these people succeed while the couch people wonder why life is unfair.#StandOut2015. Francis Kong

Do not be happy to be the leader of a group of lean, hungry, and poverty-stricken people.
Fight for those under you to be prosperous. Do not leave them to fend for themselves or to struggle to make it in life! Stretch out your hand, and help make the people under you great.
Take everyone with you to the top.

Leadership is being able to solve problems, but also anticipate problems. Eliminate mistakes before they happen. Your job is to make people the very best they can be. And that is when you get them out of their comfort zone. Because most people don’t know how good they can be.” -- Lou Holtz

Just thinking of the future. Having studied the Bible here and there in my life, in many different forms and it really does always come down to this. I have been hearing about the second coming of Christ and the events unfolding since I got born again as a youth. So keep in mind that the anti christ comes after the rapture (2 Thessalonians 2) when believers who are alive will be caught up together with those who have already died in Christ before the Great Tribulation. Then we come back with Jesus to establish His kingdom at the end of the 7 years of Jacob's trials. There will be many saved during that time because they see the Truth and believe in Jesus. The "Mark of the Beast", microchips, no cash/just plastic, Marshall Law, Total Government dependency/control is during those terrible 7 years. When we are raising a family, working long hours, some two jobs, lots of things go unnoticed or just get ignored.
No one can comprehend how bad it will be......till it is. We have NEVER been told to stay home, quit work and rely on the Government. WE are seeing a lot of "firsts" since just a year ago in 2020. Can our minds and bodies handle what's coming?
Not without God - I wonder what doctor they will have on the news explaining the rapture and the disappearance of so many people? I won’t be here for it but it’s just a thought.
While the devil is preparing people for the Anti Christ, God is preparing people for the Rapture. I don’t know when the rapture will take place but I know that I won’t be left behind when that trumpet sounds!
I also believe right now that God is giving us a chance to repent. We need to get the Gospel message out!!! Until the Good Lord calls me away from this world to go home, I want to make it clear that I believe in Jesus Christ as the One and only True Lord and Savior. Despite the fact that I am human, and I fail a lot, I believe that Jesus is the Son of God.
I believe that He came as a baby, I believe that He died on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins and that He rose from the dead on the third day and He is in Heaven preparing a place for all those who believe and trust Him as their Savior. He loves us all dearly (far more than we deserve) and forgives our sins when we repent. His Word says John 3:16 "Whosoever believeth in Me , shall not perish but have ever lasting life.”
Matthew 10:33 says, “But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which art in heaven.”
This is the best challenge I have seen on Facebook; so, if the Holy Spirit moves you and you’re not ashamed, just copy, and make this as your status update.
Can I get an Amen for being a believer in God The Father, God The Son, and God The Holy Spirit? Amen! 💕🙏🏻#ChristianRealChallenge

8 Rules for Avoiding Small Group Leader Burnout
by Rick Howerton
1. Give away responsibilities. Anyone with too much to do feels overwhelmed and seldom does anything very well. If you will give away responsibilities to group members you will be more apt to continue to lead the group, experience leadership growth, and the work will get done better.
2. Pray daily for group members. You burn out when you believe you’re responsible for the spiritual transformation of your group members. God is the One who grows His children. Praying for each group member by name daily is a constant reminder that God is the One who challenges and changes people.
3. Use your apprentice. Too many group leaders have an apprentice but seldom give them responsibility. Give your apprentice the opportunity to lead often, especially when your world is at a NASCAR pace. They will grow because of it and you’ll have a chance to breathe.
4. Don't host the meeting at your house. One of the greatest mistakes a small group leader can make is hosting the small group meeting at his/her own home every week. This means the leader must shepherd group members throughout the week, prepare for the meeting, clean house, clean up after the meeting, and in some instances cook the snack or meal. This would burn anyone out. Don’t do it.
5. Don't try to be the group’s resident theologian. Allowing others to seek out the answers to hard to answer questions is good for them. Let them know where the resources are and let them do the work. They’ll grow in their knowledge of Scripture because of it and you’ll have one more thing off your plate.
6. Take turns leading the Bible study conversation. In a healthy group, leading a conversational Bible study is not rocket science. Let them know they’ll have their opportunity to lead, choose easy to use curriculum, model good leadership for them, give them plenty of time to prepare, and let other group members lead.
7. Plan ahead. Living in crisis mode is a sure fire way to burnout. It creates tension that will cause you to question whether or not you have the time or talent to lead a group. By planning ahead you will alleviate the inner tension that can lead you to doubt being in the role of small group leader.
8. Ask your coach or small group pastor for help, understanding, or to step into difficult relational situations when necessary. No one ever intended for you to go it alone. When you have a difficult decision to make or a situation that is really hard, gain wisdom from your small group pastor or coach. It will relieve your tension, give you a view of the situation untainted by relationship, and may unearth a new path to follow.

Now, when you commit yourself to God’s will without reservation, God becomes responsible to provide for you. There are many here that can testify to this. When I stepped out of the British Army and became a disciple of Jesus Christ to the full, I married a lady who had a children’s home just north of Jerusalem. The same day that I married I became adoptive father to eight girls. That’s a large family. We went through the war that marked the birth of the State of Israel. We were right in the middle of the war. Our house was about one quarter of a mile from the front line when there was a front line. And we’ve moved from country to
country and place to place. We’ve faced dangers, privations, opposition; but all through it God has
consistently provided.
Jesus said in Matthew 6:33:
Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
See, the world goes about to grab them. The world makes them [things, food, clothing, money, houses,
cars and all that] its objective. But in this new life you make the will of God your objective and God adds these things. That saves a lot of worry if you know that God is adding.
